نبذة عن مشروع "مراد كود"
The Global Code of Conduct for Gathering and Using Information about Systematic and Conflict-Related Sexual Violence (the “Murad Code”) is at the heart of the Murad Code project. The global, collaborative project is currently being spearheaded by the Institute for International Criminal Investigations (IICI).
يُعد «مدونة مراد» مدونة سلوك طوعية. وهي تلخص المعايير الدنيا الحالية المتعلقة بجمع واستخدام معلومات الناجين بطريقة آمنة وفعالة وأخلاقية، فيما يتعلق بالعنف الجنسي المنهجي والمتصل بالنزاعات (SCRSV). وتستهدف هذه المدونة أولئك الذين يقومون بتوثيق هذه المعلومات والتحقيق فيها والإبلاغ عنها وإجراء البحوث بشأنها ورصدها، أو جمعها واستخدامها بأي شكل آخر.

لماذا نحتاج إلى هذا القانون؟
Ineffective, unsafe or otherwise unethical practices of gathering and using information about SCRSV – however well-intentioned – cause or amplify harm suffered by survivors and damage their chances of accessing justice. Such practices undermine respect for other human rights of survivors and are rarely effective in offering the kind of value promised to them.
على مدى سنوات، عبَّر الناجون عن إحباطهم وصدماتهم النفسية إزاء المقابلات غير الفعالة وغير الأخلاقية التي خضعوا لها.
ويُعدّ وضع مدونة سلوك عالمية طوعية - تُطبق على جميع الأطراف المشاركة في جمع واستخدام المعلومات المتعلقة بـ SCRSV - جزءًا من الحل.

كيف تم وضع هذا القانون؟
تم التشاور مع 1,310 فردًا ومنظمة في 112 دولة خلال مرحلة المشاورات العالمية التي أُجريت بهدف وضع مسودة «مدونة مراد».
The extensive feedback process to develop the final Code included input from 72 survivors from 17 different countries.
The Code was developed through a multi-phase, consultative and inclusive process involving extensive global engagement. The process captured a wide range of perspectives and expertise to build a robust code of conduct - rooted in international law - which reflects existing universal minimum standards.
